Rajasthan Policeman Uses Crowdfunding to Pay for Young Woman’s Wedding from Poor Family

Dharamveer Jakhar, a police officer in Rajasthan, has distinguished himself as a pillar of strength for a young woman from a low-income family during her wedding. The girl’s parents, who were from the Jhunjhunu district of Mandawa, Tetra village, Rajasthan, were burdened by the financial costs of the wedding celebrations. They resorted to Constable Jakhar for aid after realizing their predicament.

The parents’ failing health had further eroded the family’s little money, which added to their worries. Jakhar was moved by their condition and decided to share their tale on social media in order to raise awareness of it. He asked for assistance for the suffering family by relying on the goodwill of strangers. The reaction that ensued was exceptional in every way.

Jakhar was able to gather a sum of Rs. 1,31,000 from the community, along with useful gifts like a refrigerator, cooler, fan, bed, and kitchen equipment. He gave the family Rs. 61,000 in cash in addition.

Constable Jakhar provided more than just money. He carried out the customary obligations placed on the brother of the bride, including giving the girl her wedding chunri. The constable stressed the value of such deeds of goodwill in society, and everyone present at the wedding reception was overcome with happiness and thanks.

Similar to this, Hanskumar Jhinjhore’s help enabled a young lady called Rubina from a low-income family to be married in Machalpura village in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. Nimbola Police Station is under Jhinjhore’s direction. Rubina, a native of Machalpura Village, was to marry Rahman Khan, a resident of Borkheda Village, Yaval Taluka, in the Jalgaon district of Maharashtra.

Kabal Tadvi went to the police station to ask for assistance after realizing the precarious state of his family. He requested help from the police station manager. The station supervisor and his force colleagues traveled to the hamlet to greet the wedding procession and assisted the family. On the wedding day, they also gave the bride bedding, clothing, and other household supplies. Maharashtrian visitors were taken aback by this scene. After the wedding ceremony, the police officers waited until the bride left.
