The daily routine of IIT-JEE candidates who only get “4.5 hours of sleep” is becoming popular

A person must pass challenging exams in order to have a high-end, prominent profession in any nation. In addition to securing well-paying employment, applicants who pass tests like the Indian Institute of Technology—Joint Entrance Exam (IIT JEE) and the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) demonstrate their academic prowess. Additionally, students who want to pass difficult competitive tests sometimes put in a lot of studying and stay up late to get good scores.

Time management was emphasized when a user on X (previously Twitter) shared a friend’s demanding timetable for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

The person known as “Mr. Rc” on X claimed to be 16 years old and posted his friend’s 17-year-old friend’s handwritten schedule. The caption says, “Schedule of a close friend who is preparing for JEE.”

The itinerary snapshot displayed his daily schedule of activities, sleep schedule, and study time. According to the message, the adolescent only gets 4.5 hours of sleep at midnight and wakes up at 4:30 am.

The first 2.5 hours of the morning are devoted to “revising previous chapters,” according to the plan. After getting dressed, he spends 7:45 am to 10 am working on “classwork.” An IIT-JEE applicant takes a 15-minute break or naps, and then resumes “class work” till 12 pm. He only stops for lunch for twenty minutes. After three hours of study time, there is a 30-minute snooze. Classes for adolescents run from 4 to 8:30 p.m. A 30-minute “notes” session comes next. Following his supper break, he keeps studying until 11:45 p.m.

The student wrote a motivational quote at the bottom of the schedule, “Never will you have this day again,” to help her remain inspired. Make it matter, then. The individual who posted the picture continued by stating that his buddy follows the timetable and is “filled with determination to bring his family out of poverty.”

Comments on the article said that there are thousands of these young students and that hard work is the only option, particularly for those from low-income homes. In the meantime, a person claiming to be an IIT student said that in order to be ready for the JEE, he used to study for 10 to 14 hours every day.
