Watch: A farmer assists a woman at a bus stop whose skirt was torn

Some films may make you doubt mankind, and then there are others that will give you hope and make you feel good on the inside. A sweet video of a young lady having her skirt ripped is making the rounds on the internet. But it was a stranger who offered to assist her, rather than her lover.

In the footage, a farmer can be seen pulling up to a city bus stop wearing checkered lungis and a white vest. Since he is without his watch, he asks a stranger, who becomes agitated, what time it is and also what the bus’s route is. A young lady and her boyfriend board the bus and take seats at the rear, leaving the farmer to wait for it. After a while, the guy stands up and motions for the female to follow suit. Her skirt was ripped from behind the moment she rose from her chair. When her boyfriend notices this, he chuckles rather than attempting to make things right, which makes the lady feel ashamed.

The farmer intervened to assist the young woman without delay. Standing in his shorts and vest, he opened his lungi right away and extended it to the blushing female. The farmer reprimands the partner as the girl wraps it around herself. The farmer folded his hands in front of the lady, who thanked him for his assistance and touched his feet to ask for his blessings. According to the in-text, “Humanity is still alive.”
