Attention! If you don’t do this, your Mozilla Firefox browser will stop working

One of the most widely used browsers in the world, Mozilla Firefox, has announced the availability of the last substantial update for users of older versions of Windows and MacOS. Firefox ESR 115 users will be updated immediately in order to continue getting crucial security updates for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users. MacOS 10.12, 10.13, and 10.14 are supported by the most current version of Firefox for Mac.

Users of those operating systems will also be switched over to the ESR 115 browser so they can keep getting important upgrades. Thanks to a recent update, users may now import payment methods they’ve stored in Chrome-based browsers to Firefox when switching from another browser.

“In January 2023, Microsoft will stop providing support for Windows 7 and Windows 8. Therefore, for users of those operating systems, this is the last version of Firefox, the firm said in release notes on Tuesday.

The statement said, “Likewise, this is Firefox’s last major release that will support Apple macOS 10.12, 10.13, and 10.14.”

What Brand-New Features Are Included in This Update?
With the recent update to Firefox, users may now swiftly end tabs thanks to the close buttons that have been added to the Tab Manager menu. The company also said that password fields now support undo and redo. Windows Magnifier now correctly follows the text pointer while the Firefox title bar is present.

How To Install Updates For Firefox
You must upgrade your Windows operating system and switch to Windows 10 or later, and Mac users must switch to MacOS Catalina 10.15 or above, if you want to keep getting new updates that provide enhanced security, privacy, and new capabilities.
