Check the price of precious metal in Delhi, Noida, and other Indian cities to decide whether to buy gold right now

On Sunday, August 27, gold prices in India stayed unchanged. In the nation, 10 grams of 22-carat gold cost Rs 54,500, compared to Rs 59,450 for 10 grams of 24-carat gold.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures with a maturity date of October 5, 2023, recently traded 0.29% down at Rs 58640. In the meanwhile, on Friday, August 25, MCX silver futures (September 5) were up 0.08% at Rs 73627.

In the nation’s capital, the price of gold is Rs 59,600 for ten kilos of 24-carat gold and Rs 54,650 for ten grams of 22-carat gold. In Chennai, the cost of gold is Rs 59,780 for 10 kilos of 24-carat gold and Rs 54,800 for 22-carat gold.

After Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell left the door open to more interest rate increases, gold prices dipped globally on Friday.

As of 1:44 p.m. EDT, spot gold was down 0.4% to $1,910.31 per ounce, while US gold futures were down 0.4% to $1,939.90.

24-carat gold costs Rs 59,450 in Kolkata, while 22-carat gold costs Rs 54,500.

At Rs. 54,500 for 10 grams of 22-carat gold and Rs. 59,450 for 24-carat gold, the price of gold in Mumbai is comparable to that in Hyderabad, Kerala, Pune, and Bhubaneswar.

In Vadodara, the cost of 10 grams of 24-carat gold is Rs 59,500, while 10 grams of 22-carat gold is Rs 54,550. In Vadodara, the cost of 10 grams of 22- and 24-carat gold is comparable to that in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Surat, and Mysore.

In Chandigarh, 24-carat gold costs Rs 59,600 and 22-carat gold costs Rs 54,650. Chandigarh’s cost for 10 grams of 22- and 24-carat gold is comparable to that of Lucknow, Jaipur, and Noida.
