First email to staff members from new Twitter CEO since joining: What She Said

Building Twitter 2.0 Together is the subject of Linda Yaccarino, the newly appointed CEO of Twitter, who also said that the firm “needs transformation” and that her employer Elon Musk has declared that he wants it to be the “global town square.”

According to the Verge, Yaccarino stated in the message on Monday, “Elon knew these industries needed transformation, so he did it, from space exploration to electric vehicles.”

Recently, it has become more and more obvious that the global town square has to adapt in order to advance civilisation via the free interchange of ideas and candid discussion of the issues that mean the most to us.

The microblogging site, according to her, is on “a mission to become the world’s most accurate real-time information source and a global town square for communication.”

The previous Chairman of Global Advertising and Partnerships at NBCUniversal is now the CEO of Twitter.

She will be in charge of everything else, says Musk, while he will continue to oversee the technical and product teams at Twitter.

Rebuilding the platform’s ad revenue, which has fallen since Musk took charge, would be her primary priority, according to the article.

Yaccarino became the new CEO of Twitter last week, allowing Musk to concentrate on Tesla and SpaceX. This was necessary since Twitter’s US ad revenue fell by 59% in April, and the outlook for May was not good either.
