Tuesday Sees A 13% Increase in Nova Agritech Shares | View Important Details Here

News from the share market: At around noon, the share of Nova Agritech saw a 13.75 percent increase in the erratic market, trading at Rs 68.57. In the previous trading session, the shares of Nova Agritech, which have a market capitalization of Rs 603 crore, closed at Rs 60.28. The counter began trading at Rs 60.21 and reached its highest point of the day at Rs 68.95. In the last moment, it was valued at Rs 68.

After falling for four days in a row, the counter has gained. Shares of Nova Agritech Limited have reached a 52-week high of Rs 77.20 and a 52-week low of Rs 55. Recently listed on the stock market, Nova Agritech Limited has returned 13.25 percent to investors on its shares over the past month. The shares of Nova Agritech Limited were trading at Rs 57.5 on Wednesday, January 31. Up to Rs 65.35, investors received a return of more than 13 percent.

Tuesday’s trading session saw a weak start for the equity benchmark indices, which were tracking weak trends in the world market as well as new outflows of foreign funds.

In early trading, the 30-share BSE Sensex fell 130 points to 72,660.13. A 36.4-point decline brought the Nifty to 22,085.65.

Subsequently, the benchmark indices gained back the ground they had lost in the beginning and were trading slightly higher. The Nifty traded 8.85 points higher at 22,135.60, while the 30-share BSE benchmark quoted 10.30 points higher at 72,800.43.

The biggest laggards among the Sensex companies were Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, HDFC Bank, Larsen & Toubro, Bajaj Finance, ICICI Bank, and Reliance Industries.

Among the winners were UltraTech Cement, HCL Technologies, Wipro, and Tata Consultancy Services.

Shanghai was quoted in the green while Seoul, Tokyo, and Hong Kong were trading lower in Asian markets.
Monday’s US market close was somewhat lower.

According to exchange data, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) offloaded stocks on Monday worth Rs 285.15 crore.

On Monday, the BSE benchmark dropped 352.67 points, or 0.48 percent, to end the day at 72,790.13. The Nifty dropped to 22,122.05., down 90.65 points, or 0.41 percent.

The F&O contract expiry is expected to cause volatility this week, according to Prashanth Tapse, Senior VP (Research), Mehta Equities Ltd. The benchmark for global oil, Brent crude, fell 0.12% to USD 82.43 per barrel.
