The actress, who starred in the hugely successful movie Animal, has returned to her birthplace to finish filming Pushpa 2: The Rule. Rashmika, who is excited about the shoot, has already revealed a significant update. According to the filming schedule, Yaganti Temple in Andhra Pradesh is the location.

The actress shared a picture of a lighted diya at Yaganti Temple on her popular Instagram account, revealing that filming for the sequel is now happening there. The actress wrote, “Done for the day,” as the post’s caption. “This place has an incredible history,” she wrote, recounting her own experience. Additionally, there is something so wonderful about being at a temple—the love, the people, the setting, and #pushpa2therule.

The appearance of Rashmika Mandanna in Pushpa 2 has long been a secret. But lately, a video from the movie’s sets went viral, showing her being led by the production crew while sporting the iconic red traditional saree and jewelry of Srivalli, who plays her in Pushpa. To get a peek at their favorite actress, the fans descended on the filming site. With a grin, Rashmika welcomed them and acknowledged their presence.

Additionally, Rashmika Mandanna recently said that she has completed filming a song for Pushpa 2. The actress revealed to Pinkvilla that the film’s sequel would be far larger than its predecessor. “We offered some insanity in the first movie, and because so many people are expecting so much from the movie, we realize we have a duty in part two. We intentionally and continuously work to provide that,” Rashmika said.
