Being “a chronically stressed young woman” is what Anne Hathaway remembers

As she gets older, actress Anne Hathaway has learned to relax. According to People, the 41-year-old “Devil Wears Prada” star said that the reason she portrayed “chronically stressed out young women” on film was probably because she was “a stressed out young woman” off.

“As a young lady, I was quite stressed out. ‘You are taking this for granted, you are taking your life for granted,’ I just remember thinking one day as a once chronically stressed young woman, which leads to, you know, all manner of things, “Hathaway stated in an interview with David Marchese on The New York Times podcast The Interview.

“You’re clueless. It is possible for anything to fall from the sky, in which case your lights will go out. Thus, I just remind myself, “You are not going to die stressed,” whenever I feel like my old tendencies are coming back, Hathaway stated.

“I didn’t know how to breathe yet,” the mother of two said when Marchese inquired what was upsetting her. And it wasn’t at all simple. It was difficult to breathe because of it.”
To put it another way, the ‘Idea of You’ actress said that at one time in her life as a young Hollywood woman, “literally everything” freaked her out.

“I was simply thinking a bunch of different things in my thoughts. That’s probably the simplest way to express it, I suppose,” she said.

People indicated that Hathaway claimed to have had “somatic” stress during the time, which refers to actual signs of strain in the body as opposed to only mental tension.
