The SS Rajamouli team denies casting Chelsea Islan with Mahesh Babu in the next film

Mahesh Babu is in SS Rajamouli’s next movie, although filming hasn’t begun yet. The filmmaker, well known for the enormously popular RRR, has not yet started work on his next film. Mahesh Babu will play the protagonist in the next movie, currently named SSMB29. Vijayendra Prasad, Rajamouli’s father, wrote the script. Rumors have been circulating lately about the casting of American-born Indonesian actress Chelsea Islan. One fan question that has come up is: Who is Chelsea Islan?

Chelsea Islan was born to an American father and an Indonesian mother in Queens, New York. She moved to Indonesia to further her studies. She debuted in the 2013 film Refrain with Maudy Ayunda and Afgansyah Reza.
