“London Plan failed”: Imran Khan declares in an AI-enabled address that he has won the general elections in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD On Saturday, Imran Khan, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former prime minister, delivered a “victory speech” in his AI-enabled voice, criticizing the Election Commission of Pakistan for its tardiness in announcing the results of the general elections. He claimed that the high voter turnout on polling day proved to be a hindrance to Nawaz Sharif’s “London Plan.”

“My dear fellow citizens. Your massive turnout and exercise of your democratic right to vote has set the groundwork for the freedom to exercise citizens’ rights to be restored. I’d want to thank each and every one of you for aiding in our resounding election victory. I was quite certain that you would vote in such a big number. You fulfilled my confidence, and many were astonished by the large turnout on election day. the ‘London Plan’ as a result of your enthusiastic involvement in the democratic process. In an audio recording of his AI-enabled voice on social media platform X, the former prime minister and founder of the Pakistan Tehreek (PTI) said, “Nawaz Sharif is a leader of low intelligence who gave a victory speech despite his party trailing in 30 seats.”
“No Pakistanist will accept this (electronically generated malpractice), and the international media has also reported extensively about it,” Imran said, elaborating on his party’s allegations of election malpractice and cheating. We are expected to gain around 170 seats in the National Assembly, according to the Form 45 statistics. You all, my fellow citizens, have determined a date for Pakistan’s return to democracy. In 2024, we will secure a two-thirds majority in the elections. Your vote has power; everyone has seen it.
