Watch: Pro-Palestine demonstrators in New York Burn Down the US Flag and Cry Out Supporting Iran On The Subway

Following Iran’s onslaught of drone and missile strikes on Israel, pro-Palestinian demonstrations were seen throughout the US, particularly in Illinois, California, New York, and the Pacific Northwest.

Travel at several heavily trafficked airports and roads was momentarily suspended due to the protests. Manhattan demonstrators screamed “Death to America” and brandished a Hezbollah flag.

At least one masked protester was seen carrying Hezbollah’s banner, which has an assault weapon with the words “The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon” printed on it, according to a report from the “New York Post.” In New York City, another activist was seen setting fire to the US flag.

To express their opposition to the pro-Hezbollah protests, several citizens congregated in the streets.

Protesters in Chicago chained themselves together, blocked Interstate 190 lanes that led to O’Hare International Airport, and declared a worldwide “economic blockade to free Palestine.”

“Israel is a pariah state,” a guy brandishing a vandalized Israeli flag with holes in it cried out as an NYPD officer attempted to put some space between the pro-Palestine protestors and counterprotesters, according to a New York Post article.

Iran attacked Israel directly for the first time on Sunday, sending a swarm of explosive drones and firing missiles at the country.

Iran launched an assault using 185 drones, 36 cruise missiles, and 110 ballistic missiles, according to the Israel Defense Forces. Following an assault on the consular department of the Iranian embassy in Damascus, Syria, on April 1, Iran claimed Israel for the attacks carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran.
