Prabkahar claims that mud applied to the belly button or navel for 45 minutes each day for 45 days may enhance the number of sperm. According to Prabhakar, putting mud on one’s knees may provide the same level of pain alleviation as taking medication.

Appropriate application of mud to the stomach and abdominal region may enhance metabolism and facilitate improved meal digestion. In addition to relieving pain and inflammation, it calms the muscles and enhances blood flow.
