Do you want to savor delicious food? This summer, these Mumbai eateries are offering fresh menus

Mumbai is now enjoying the height of summer, which is great for many reasons—heat, perspiration, and travel—but it also means that cuisine, especially mangoes, is at its best. The “King of Fruits” has been a featured ingredient in several city eateries’ new menu items. If you’re not a fan of the fruit, there are other Indian cuisines being celebrated with month-long, limited-edition menus.

These new menus that are appearing at various restaurants in the city will satisfy your cravings for something fresh to try when you go out with your family and friends. These consist of delicacies that are savory, spicy, and sweet all at once.

Mangos, among other things
A nice assortment of salads and coolers are essential throughout the summer, and Bloom Café’s seasonal menu delivers exactly that. Mocktails with seasonal fruits, such as mango and pineapple lemonade and honey, lime, and mint lemonade, are available on the menu. They provide a tasty Vietnamese Cold Brew and an Orange Cold Brew, among other alternatives, for individuals who like cold beers. They package salads in jars and provide cool specialties like Mango Coconut Avocado Salad, which combines ripe and raw mangoes with a generous portion of coconut malai, greens, and almonds to create a vibrant feast. For vegetarians, they also offer a Southwest Chicken Salad that can be made with paneer instead of chicken and Healthy Bean Sprouts & Mixed Green Salad. There are also mango pancakes and french toast available for individuals who would like to eat something other than salads. At this time of year, mangoes are the star of the show. To round off your dinner, try the vegan Mango Tres Leches or the Mango Cheesecake.
