BJP and AAP don’t trust their employees, said Gurjit Singh Aujla after the start of their election campaigns

Gurjit Singh Aujla, the Congress candidate for Lok Sabha from Amritsar, paid respects at the Durgiana and Golden Temples today. Invoking blessings with his family, including wife Undaleeb Roy Aujla and son Babur Aujla, he began his electoral campaign. He said that the Almighty had given him one more chance to fulfill his job of serving the people of Guru Ki Nagari.

The AAP MLA, Kunwar Vijay Pratap Singh, made accusations that Aujla supported, stating that the state’s law and order situation was dire and that the AAP MLAs themselves were now bringing up the matter. Speaking directly to the chief minister of Punjab, he remarked that while officials were being deployed from Delhi, the district’s drug addiction issue had not been resolved. He inquired as to what improvements Punjab would see in such a scenario.

Aujla took aim at the AAP and BJP candidates, claiming that neither party has faith in its people. “That is why the AAP has also ignored those workers who have worked at ground level here, while the BJP has hedged its bet on external faces,” he added.

Given that Amritsar is a sacred city, Aujla believes that important politics need to be conducted there. They ought to discuss their work as well, and I’ll do the same. We also need to communicate our future vision because people follow the leaders, and if they propagate misinformation, it sends the incorrect message.
