BJP and Pact negotiations are underway: Dhindsa

Prior to the Lok Sabha election, Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, who had rejoined the SAD, said that negotiations to create an alliance with the BJP were in progress.

Dhindsa was in the city today to visit the Golden Temple and pay his respects. He said that SAD chairman Sukhbir Badal will elucidate the circumstances at tomorrow’s core-committee meeting.

Amit Shah, the home minister, recently said that talks on seat sharing with Akali Dal were in progress.

According to Dhindsa, the rebel Akalis gathered on one platform to defend Punjab and Panthic principles. He said, “Everyone is welcome to save the Panth.” He said that Delhi was the capital of the AAP administration.
