Cases Against Two Private Schools in Pune Operating Without Permission in Maharashtra

After it was discovered that these educational institutions were reportedly operating without license, cases were filed against the administration of two private schools in the Pimpri Chinchwad neighborhood of the Pune district, an official said on Thursday.

According to him, Bliss Edify International School and Rudiment International School’s owners and administrators were charged with the offenses.

Suresh Sable, a representative of the Pune Zilla Parishad’s education department, filed a complaint against it at the Hinjawadi police station. According to Sable, it was discovered during the examination of these schools that they lacked the necessary government authorizations and licences to operate the schools.

According to him, it was discovered that the schools were unlicensed and charged parents excessive prices.

The official said, “It was also discovered that the principals and the management were operating the schools in an unauthorized manner without complying with the rules and regulations laid down by the government and without furnishing the necessary documents.”

The Hinjawadi police claim that complaints have been filed against the school’s principals, proprietors, and directors under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 420 (cheating), 465 (related to forgery), and 468 (related to forgery), among other provisions.It was unable to get in touch with the schools to ask for feedback on the actions taken against them.
