Indian Air Force Invites Applications For 276 Positions Through AFCAT-2 2023

For the 2023 Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT 2), the Indian Air Force (IAF) is accepting applications to fill positions in the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branch. This hiring is being done for the course starting in July 2024. The IAF has recently opened a call for applications for the NCC Special Entry Scheme (Flying Branch).

The Air Force Common Admission Test 1 (AFCAT 1) results were previously made public by the IAF in March 2023. The AFCAT 2 2023 application deadline is June 30. The days of the AFCAT test are August 25, 26, and 27. On August 10, the admission cards will be distributed.

There are a total of 276 important openings open for the aforementioned jobs, according to the official notice of Indian Air Force Recruitment 2023. Applicants who are interested in the AFCAT must pay a Rs 250 application fee. Notably, individuals applying under the NCC Special Entry Scheme do not need to pay an application fee.

Candidates must be at least 20 years old and under 24 for the Ground Duty post, and they must be under 26 for the Flying Branch role.

In terms of schooling, candidates must successfully finish their 12th grade with at least a 50% grade point average. Also necessary are a BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum GPA of 60% or a graduate degree with at least 60% in any subject.

Candidates must successfully finish their 12th grade with Physics and Mathematics as subjects, earning a minimum of 50% marks, in order to be considered for the NCC Special Entry category. Also necessary are a BE/B.Tech degree with a minimum GPA of 60% or a graduate degree with at least 60% in any subject. They also need to possess a Senior Division C certificate from the NCC Air Wing.

The selected people would be paid a wage per month ranging from Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. A direct link to view and download the Air Force AFCAT 2 results will be given after the results are officially announced. The steps to obtain the findings are as follows:

1. Go to www.indianairforce.nic.in, the Indian Air Force’s official website.

2. Look for and choose the IAF results link.

3. After entering your reel number and birthdate, press the Submit button.

4. A screen will reveal the IAF findings.

5. Save the IAF 2023 results.

6. For future use, save and print the findings.
