MP guy arrested on suspicion of urinating on a tribal youngster

A guy was taken into custody by police on Wednesday in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh on suspicion of urinating on a young tribal man.

According to a representative of the MP Chief Minister’s Office on Tuesday, Pravesh Shukla was charged with violating sections 294 (obscene acts), 504 (intentional insult to provoke breach of peace), and the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act) of the Indian Penal Code.

He stated that steps were also taken in accordance with the strict National Security Act.

After a video of the guy peeing on the youngster went viral, the police reported the incident.

Based on leads, the suspect was taken into custody on Wednesday about two in the morning. Additional Superintendent of Police Anjulata Patle said that he was being questioned.

The official said, “We were looking for him and officers from several police stations in his area were on alert.

In a tweet sent on Tuesday night, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “A viral video from Sidhi district has come to my attention…I have given the government the go-ahead to detain the offender, take the harshest possible penalty, and even utilise the National Security Act.
