Samyukta Kisan Morcha leaders in Haryana would vote against the BJP in the Lok Sabha election

Leaders of the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) in the Hisar subdivision of Narnaund have declared that they would run against the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.

According to Suresh Koth, president of the Bharatiya Kisan Mazdoor Union, the party has chosen to boycott the BJP because of its anti-farmer and anti-worker policies.

Speaking at a news conference in Narnaund, Koth said that the administration was using repressive measures to silence dissenting voices. “With the recent arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, even the chief ministers are not being spared.”

He emphasized that full salaries and ongoing employment should be provided to the MNREGA personnel. In addition, the marketing board needs to provide support in the amount of Rs 5 lakh in the event that a farmer passes away in the field. Similarly, financial support in the amount of Rs 5 lakh needs to be provided in the event of an accident involving MNREGA personnel.

According to his allegations, the government had decided to compensate farmers in Kheri Jalab for crop losses at a cost of Rs 6,500 per acre. However, the farmers have not yet received any payment.
