Success Mantra for Happiness and Well-Being in Life Shared by IAS Divya Mittal

Two months ago, District Magistrate of Mirzapur, IAS Divya Mittal, became the talk of the town as several ladies bid her goodbye in a video that went viral on social media. Numerous ladies were seen dousing the cop with rose petals on camera. Divya became well-known on social media due to her efforts in the UP district for women. She has a reputation for interacting and connecting with the public on a personal level in order to comprehend issues at their source before finding solutions.

In the 2012 UPSC examinations, Divya Mittal received an All India Rank of 68. She received her engineering degree from the esteemed IIT Delhi. Later, she received her MBA from IIM Bangalore. She and her husband Gagandeep returned to India after working in London. Known for having a highly upbeat and optimistic view on life, she recently shared a list of mantras you should live by if you want to be successful, happy, and pleased with your life. These slogans were enumerated in a thread she posted on X, the former Twitter.

Divya Mittal suggests practicing gratitude and focusing on your advantages rather than your weaknesses. People who are able to identify their life’s purpose are very lucky. Develop your interests in extracurricular activities, athletics, and artistic pursuits as well, she advises. She also suggests valuing and fostering connections rather than disregarding them. Relationships, according to Divya, are the cornerstone of life itself and should be nurtured.

She also spoke on the need of paying care to one’s physical and mental health, emphasizing that without excellent health, one might have everything in life and yet not be happy. Happiness, according to Divya, stems from a healthy mind, body, and soul. In addition, Divya Mittal suggests engaging in regular exercise, eating a balanced diet, getting adequate sleep, interacting with others, spending time in nature, learning to forgive others, and practicing self-compassion.
