Sukhbir Badal requests a court investigation of the excise laws in Punjab

Following CM Arvind Kejriwal’s case being rejected by the Delhi High Court, SAD head Sukhbir Singh Badal today demanded a “judicial probe into the Punjab’s excise policy and misuse of the state’s resources to fund AAP’s election campaigns.”

As part of the “Punjab Bachao Yatra,” SAD president Sukhbir Singh Badal said, “It is now clear that Kejriwal resorted to corrupt activities,” while touring the rural areas of Nabha and Patiala. It is shown by the Delhi High Court that Kejriwal sought bribes totaling Rs 100 crore. This sum was used in part to finance the AAP’s Goa election campaign.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has declined to take action against Haryana police officers who murdered Shubhkaran Singh and gravely wounded other farmers during the Dilli Challo march, according to Sukhbir Singh Badal.

He went on, “Reject Delhi-based parties as they work against Punjabis’ interests in secret.”
