T Nagar marks the start of CREDAI’s housing loan mela
At Vijaya Mahal in T Nagar, the CREDAI Chennai Chapter held a three-day home loan mela on Friday. The function serves as a prelude to the 16th iteration of the yearly flagship event “CREDAI FAIRPRO 2024,” which takes place from March 8–10 at the Chennai Trade Center in Nandambakkam.
In the presence of CREDAI President S Sivagurunathan, CREDAI Vice President S Sridharan gave the ceremony its official opening. A press statement states that the fair will provide a number of advantages, such as professional advice and access to a large selection of house loans from top financial institutions.
According to a statement, the only banks taking part in this year’s Home Loan Mela are SBI, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, Indian Bank, and LIC HFL. This year, over 75 CREDAI Developers will display houses at FAIRPRO, with prices ranging from `15 lakh to `15 crore.
