The deadline for registering for CAT 2023 is September 13

On September 13 at 5:00 PM, the registration period for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 will close. The CAT test is being administered this year at IIM Lucknow. The Indian Institute of Management’s official website, iimcat.ac.in, is the last opportunity for interested applicants to register for the CAT exam.

On November 26 of this year, 155 towns will participate in the CAT 2023. It will be administered as a computer-based exam (CBT), consisting of three sessions that last 120 minutes altogether. Exam admit cards may be obtained from October 25 through November 26, and the results will likely be made public around the second week of January of the following year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CAT 2023

The following qualifications must be met by applicants hoping to sit for the CAT 2023 entrance exam:

1. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least a 50% grade point average or a comparable CGPA.

2. Candidates from the designated groups must score at least 45%.

3. Applicants for CAT 2023 must be undergraduate students in their last year. If chosen, they will only be given temporary admission after presenting the required credentials from the principal or registrar of their university or institution.

CAT 2023: REGISTRATION STEPS

Candidates may follow the instructions listed below to complete the registration process:

Step 1: Go to IIM CAT’s official website, iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: Find the link on the webpage that says “New Candidate Registration for CAT 2023” and click on it.

Step 3: Enter and submit the necessary information, including the candidate’s name, date of birth, email address, nation, and cellphone number.

Step 4: Utilize the login information to complete the application form.

Step 5: Enter all of your personal and academic information, and then scan and submit your picture and signature.

Step 6: Pay the needed registration cost before submitting the application form.

Step 7: Complete the CAT registration form, download the confirmation page for your records, and submit it.

CAT 2023: FEES FOR REGISTRATION

The official notice states that online payment is necessary for applicants to finish their CAT application. The application fee has been fixed at Rs 1,200 for applicants from restricted categories and Rs 2,400 for general category candidates.

For the management entrance test registration procedure, candidates must have a working email address and cellphone number. Along with other necessary data, these specifics must be provided into the registration link.
