Laa Talar of Shillong won the singles competition
The men’s (35+) singles final of the All India Civil Services Badminton Tournament was won by Laa Talar of RSB Shillong against Gaurav Parmar of RSB Indore today at the Sector 42 Sports Complex, 21-18, 21-7.
The duo of Saurabh Sharma and Sanyam Shukla defeated Shubham Yadav and Tushar Sharma in the men’s doubles event final by walkover.
The men’s 45+ singles final saw Ajaypal Singh triumph against Vijay Sharma 21-13 21-10. Alfred and Santosh triumphed against Pranjal Panging and Bishu Kumar in the doubles final, 21-15, 14-21, 21-11.
Rakesh Bhardwaj and Vikram Bhasin defeated Rajeev Handa and Sanni Babu 21-7 21-12 in the doubles final, while Rajeev Sharma was victorious in the 55+ singles category after beating Vikram Bhasin (Central Secretariat) 18-21 21-12 21-17.
