Shatabdi & Rajdhani a Passe: Discover Its Ayodhya Connection, This Sleeper Train is a “Amrit” for Jerk-free Travel

The Indian Railway is prepared to begin new train travels, linking new routes via two recently created Amrit Bharat Express trains, in an effort to enhance the overall connectivity in the nation and give a better train travel experience.

Today, these trains will be flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the newly built Ayodhya Dham railway station in Uttar Pradesh.

Routes of Amrit Bharat Express
The Amrit Bharat Express will begin operating on the Darbhanga-Ayodhya-Anand Vihar route once the PM gives the all-clear. The customary route will begin on January 1, 2024, from Darbhanga.

Direct routes via Kamtaul, Janakpur Road, Sitamarhi, Bairagnia, Raxaul, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Kaptanganj, Gorakhpur, Basti, Mankapur, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Kanpur, Etawah, Tundla, and Aligarh would connect Darbhanga with Anand Vihar. All passengers will have a smooth journey thanks to the 16 sleeping cars, 4 unreserved, and 2 disability coaches on this train.

With just two days of operation each week, it will provide over 1834 people on board a first-rate travel experience.

Time of Departure
On the next day, at 09.15, the recently launched Amrit Bharat Express is scheduled to arrive at Anand Vihar from Darbhanga at 01.55. The train is scheduled to depart Anand Vihar at 04:10 and arrive in Darbhanga at 12:35 on the following day.

The inhabitants of Mithila will gain from the activities since they will be able to visit Ayodhya immediately and with less effort once they begin.

Features and Technological Advancements
With so much state-of-the-art technology installed, every passenger will be able to enjoy every mile without any jerks or loud noises. The train will also include security guards, a monitor room, and CCTV cameras for further protection.

Speaking of the other noteworthy features, the list is endless and includes a charging outlet with a folding table slab, baggage racks, improved lighting, and a ramp for those with disabilities.
