Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh: In the Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, a 20-year-old man shot and killed his 18-year-old sister for chatting to a guy on her cell phone. The tragedy happened late on Sunday night in a community inside the area. Muskan was transferred to the district hospital, where medical personnel declared her “brought dead,” according to the police.
