Today, July 26, is the opening day for subscriptions to Yatharth Hospital’s initial public offering (IPO), which is situated in Noida. Bidding for the project will continue through July 28, 2023. Yatharth Hospital’s initial public offering (IPO) has a set issue price of Rs 285 to Rs 300 per equity share. Each equity share has a face value of Rs. 10.00. The hospital group hopes to raise Rs 686.55 crore at the top of the pricing range, or Rs 300 per share. The Noida-based hospital group submitted the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to the market regulator SEBI on July 18 for its book-built offer.

In addition to a new share issue for Rs 490 crore, the debut public offering also includes an offer for sale (OFS) of 65.61 lakh shares by the company’s founders, Prem Narayan, Vimla, and Neena Tyagi.

Investors may submit bids for a minimum of 50 shares and thereafter in multiples. Retail investors must make a minimum investment of Rs 15,000 (Rs 300 multiplied by 50) to apply for the IPO of Yatharth Hospital. The Yatharth Hospital IPO would consist of 50 business shares each lot. For Rs. 1.95 lakh, investors may purchase a maximum of 13 lots.

Yatharth Hospital IPO Share allocation: On August 3 (Thursday), the business will begin issuing refunds, and on August 4 (Friday), the shares will be credited to the Demat accounts of the allottees. The estimated date of finalization of the allocation of shares is August 2 (Wednesday). On August 7, it is expected that Yatharth Hospital IPO shares would list on the BSE and NSE.

Market watchers claim that the company’s shares are fetching a premium of Rs 75 on the unlisted market prior to subscription opening.

Company financial information:

The hospital network increased its operating revenue for the three months that ended in March 2023 from Rs 228.67 crore to Rs 520.29 crore. The company’s cash and cash equivalents were worth Rs 37.43 crore during this period as opposed to Rs 5 crore during the same time last year.
