How Hot Is the iPhone 15 Pro Max? When things become heated, Apple users ‘Vent’ online.

The unveiling of the iPhone 15 series has practically set the tech world on fire. The excited buyers of the iPhone 15 who waited in line for hours have been spending the last several days getting used to their new gadgets. However, a recurring problem has drawn the notice of both reviewers and users, particularly those who have the Pro models: they often produce excessive heat, especially while charging and prolonged use. Discussions about this overheating problem have erupted on social media, with iPhone Pro customers reporting burning, even to the point of pain, while touching their devices while charging.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max got too hot, so charging stopped again, a worried user cried out in a dramatic manner. This time, I’m using a USB-C charger while idly at my desk. I was able to capture the temperature on film.

Another person expressed irritation, “I’m now using my iPhone 15 Pro Max to send an email on 5G while it’s charging in my vehicle. Through the rear of my andar leather case, I can feel the heat. As soon as possible, Apple has to release an update to limit the CPU.

My 15 pro max charging is becoming so hot around the frame while speaking I simply can’t hold it, said a third customer in a fiery review. It’s really too hot to handle when charging.

Despite sharing structural similarities with its predecessor, the A16, the A17 Pro processor found in Pro versions may be prone to overheating, according to recent sources. Additionally, there is a lot of conjecture that the new Grade 5 titanium frame may be the main factor in these iPhones overheating.

The iPhone Pro Max tends to overheat in two main situations, according to users. First, when charging, holding the phone without a cover causes it to become uncomfortable hot to the touch. Users claim that they can still feel the heat through a case. Second, the phone becomes quite hot on the right side, running down the bottom of the camera island, during prolonged use sessions, especially while moving between chat applications and viewing Instagram reels. This happens when connected to Wi-Fi, without playing any games, and without needing to be plugged in to charge. It is unclear what is causing the heat.

A new phone may become a little warm during setup while it is busy initializing and signing into applications. However, customers of the iPhone 15 Pro are claiming that their devices bypass this warming-up stage and start running hot right away!
