Before opening fire, the gunmen investigated Salman Khan’s Mumbai home three times: Police

Two people detained in relation to the shooting outside the home of Bollywood actor Salman Khan were remanded to police custody until April 25 by a Mumbai court on Tuesday.

Vicky Gupta, 24, and Sagar Pal, 21, both Bihar natives, were on the run after the Sunday morning gunshot incident outside Khan’s home in the Bandra neighborhood of this city.

According to authorities, they were captured late on Monday night in the Kutch area of Gujarat, from the hamlet of Mata No Madh.

On Tuesday, the two individuals were taken to Mumbai and appeared before a magistrate court.

The two individuals were placed under 14 days of imprisonment by the criminal branch, which said that in order to uncover the specifics of the scheme and identify the mastermind behind the firing event, a custodial interrogation was necessary.

The two accused were placed in police detention by the court for a period of nine days, ending on April 25.

Before the shooting incident, the two suspects had conducted three reconnaissance rounds near the actor’s home in the Bandra region, according to a police officer.

Two motorcycle-riding individuals opened fire outside the 58-year-old Khan’s home at the Galaxy Apartment in the Bandra neighborhood of Mumbai at around five in the morning on Sunday and then left the scene.
