The life of the renowned Syed Abdul Rahim (Ajay Devgn) was portrayed in the Amit Ravindernath Sharma film, which followed actual football occurrences. However, in Ali Abbas Zafar’s opulent, high-budget movie, two Indian operatives named Rocky (Tiger Shroff) and Freddy (Akshay Kumar) are sent to destroy Kabir (Prithviraj Sukumaran), the antagonist who is determined to use artificial intelligence to overthrow India.

Currently, Maidaan has made around Rs 0.04 Cr India net on its second day of release across all languages, increasing its box office total to Rs 7.14 crore. On the other hand, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which debuted a day later, is already expected to make twice as much money as Maidaan after earning around Rs 15.50 crore India net on its first day across all languages.
