‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ Sets Welcome Geetanjali Mishra With Open Arms
On the ‘Happu Ki Ultan Paltan’ set, actress Geetanjali Mishra, who took over for Kamna Pathak as Rajesh Singh (Rajjo), was welcomed with open arms. The ‘Dabbang Dulhaniya’ of Yogesh Tripathi’s Daroga Happu Singh, the show’s main character, is Rajesh Singh.
The event was joyfully commemorated with a cake-cutting ceremony that left behind priceless memories. Beginning on August 7, viewers will be able to see the new Rajesh.
Geetanjali Mishra said, “Radha Radhe Bol laye hain,” in response to the warm reception she received and the excitement around her part. As I begin this amazing trip, I am overcome with thankfulness. I was initially concerned about how people would respond to my appearance on the program, but their overwhelmingly positive feedback has given me renewed confidence. My heart was tremendously moved by the kindness and love my colleagues showed me.
She said, “It is an absolutely lovely sensation to watch the enthusiasm and expectation in the eyes of individuals around me, ready to see me as their new Rajesh. This chance is both a privilege and a turning point in my life. Words are inadequate to convey the depth of my thanks and feelings.
The actress expressed her excitement at having been offered this opportunity, saying that playing the part seems like the chance of a lifetime.
Geetanjali Mishra commented on her entrance and appearance in the program, saying, “The spectators will see an interesting track with my introduction as Rajesh. Khodi Lal (Sharad Vyas), Katori Amma’s husband, forgets their anniversary and spends the night with his friend Jamila, which upsets Katori Amma (Himani Shivpuri). However, the family plans to give them a surprise party, at which Katori Amma irately declares their separation. She appoints Beni (Vishwanath Chatterjee) as her divorce attorney and Rajesh (Geetanjali Mishra) as the judge.
Happu is defending Beni in the meanwhile and standing by Khodi Lal.
She said, “Rajesh’s look has always captured my attention, especially because she emits a delicious combination of Dabbang attitude and elegance dressed in those lovely sarees. Simple but colorful sarees and delicate makeup are the ideal combo! No significant adjustments have been made by the creative team to the character’s true and recognizable appearance. However, each actor offers distinct complexity to a character that distinguishes and enhances their representation.
The character is well-liked for her catchphrases and unusual looks, so stepping into such enormous shoes is a great job. I truly hope the audience welcomes their new Rajesh with open arms and shows her the same support and affection as they did for her predecessor. I want to give this beloved character justice and make her my own with their kind approval,” she said.
