Neha Sharma to Run in Bihar’s Lok Sabha Elections? Congress MLA’s Father Shares Actress Plan

According to her father, Congress politician Ajay Sharma, Bollywood actress and model Neha Sharma may enter politics in the next Lok Sabha Elections. MLA for Bhagalpur, Bihar, Sharma stated his daughter would get a ticket from the constituency if his party is allowed to run for the seat after talks on Mahagatbandhan seat-sharing.

“As Bhagalpur is our stronghold and discussions are ongoing over a seat-sharing deal, Congress ought to win the seat. The party’s top leadership will decide who can run if we win this seat; if they want me to run, I will, or maybe my daughter Neha Sharma might run from this constituency. We’ll have to watch and see, said Ajay Sharma, the MLA.

Regarding the INDIA bloc’s prospects of defeating the NDA, Sharma expressed his confidence in the Congress’s ability to win and guaranteed the removal of the BJP from Bihar.

BIHAR BLOC SEAT SHIRTING IN INDIA
Tejashwi Yadav, a former deputy chief minister of Bihar and leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), said that the declaration about seat distribution in the state is anticipated this week.

After attending the Opposition INDIA bloc rally in Mumbai on March 18, Yadav claimed that seat-sharing among the Mahagathbandhan allies will be settled upon in a few days upon his return to Patna.

In two or three days, a decision will be made on everything. It’s nearing its conclusion. There are some disagreements over one or two seats, but they will all be resolved, according to Yadav.

NDA DISCLAIMS BIHAR’S LIST OF CANDIDATES
The NDA’s pact for the Lok Sabha elections gives the Nitish Kumar-led Janata Dal (U) 16 seats, while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will run for 17 of the 40 seats in Bihar.

The Lok Janashakti Party (Ram Vilas) intends to nominate candidates in Hajipur and Jamui, among the other five seats. Each of the Rashtriya Lok Morcha and Hindustani Awas Morcha will run for one seat. In Bihar, the NDA won 39 of the 40 seats in 2019.

Chirag Paswan will run for the Hajipur Lok Sabha seat, which was awarded to the party as part of the seat-sharing agreement, according to Bihar LJP (Ram Vilas) chairman Raju Tiwari.
