This family-friendly film is a must-see since it has an amazing making-of tale. In only 32 days, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’s whole filming schedule was completed, which is a remarkable achievement by any measure. The movie, which was first shown on July 30, 2004, still makes people laugh all around the globe.

The main character of the film, a guy with anger management problems, falls in love with his neighbor’s daughter. However, his well-laid-out intentions to win her heart are derailed when an unexpected appearance by a childhood buddy brings to a funny love triangle. The movie consistently entertains even in the thick of the mayhem. Popular songs like Jeene Ke Hai Chaar Din, Laal Dupatta, and the title tune Mujhse Shaadi Karogi were immediately very well received and have continued to be charming over time.

While Salman Khan took a nap, Akshay Kumar said that his shooting schedule was from 7 am to 11 am. Then, scenes starring both actors were captured on camera. Then, Akshay would leave until 4 pm, giving Salman time to shoot his solo parts till 10 pm, successfully maximizing the output of each performer.

Despite having a budget of just 15 crores, it outperformed expectations by generating more than twice that amount, solidifying its reputation as a blockbuster success. David Dhawan directed and Sajid Nadiadwala produced Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Sajid-Wajid, Anu Malik, and Salim-Sulaiman all contributed to the musical landscape of the movie. The film earned the distinction of being the fourth-highest earning Indian film in the year of its release. It received a surprising three nominations for the Filmfare Awards and thirteen for the sixth IIFA Awards.

Salman Khan and filmmaker David Dhawan, who has already produced successes like Judwaa and Biwi No. 1, have collaborated on another great project. They have three victories together, the last one being Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. In supporting parts, Satish Shah, Amrish Puri, Rajpal Yadav, and Kader Khan were also included in the ensemble cast, which contributed to the humorous appeal of the movie.
