A Pakistani YouTuber has offered a reward of Rs 10 Lakh to identify the person who created his wife’s deepfake video
Pakistani YouTuber Saad Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai, has offered a reward of Rs 10 lakh (one million rupees) to anybody who can assist him in tracking down the source of his wife’s deepfake video in an attempt to unravel its riddle. For the last two days, a rumored video purporting to include Aroob Jatoi has been making the rounds on social media. The internet star, who has millions of fans, has now come out to criticize the deepfake video that his wife produced “using artificial intelligence (AI).” Earlier this morning, Ducky Bhai and Jatoi went live on Instagram and shared some in-depth remarks on the mental strain they felt when the deepfake went viral.

The YouTuber promised to pursue the issue to its logical end, saying, “Neither your identity nor your name will reach the person who has edited the video.” He continued by saying that the suspect will be turned over to the police if the creator of Jatoi’s deepfake video is discovered.

In a recent video posted on social media, Ducky Bhai said that his wife’s deepfake clip was created using cutting-edge AI technology. In his Sunday Instagram Live, Ducky Bhai was heard stating, “You have to email [email protected], where you have to share all screenshots, proofs, and voice notes of the person who has edited it as they might have sent it to you.” Sitting next to him was his wife, Jatoi, who expressed her desire to save others from the same persecution.
In the meantime, Ducky Bhai’s supporters encouraged him and sent him notes in the video comments area. To far, there has been no official word from law authorities on Jatoi’s fake film created using artificial intelligence (AI).
