In the ever-changing world of finance, people from all walks of life are investigating a variety of avenues for earning money via investments. To get the most out of their assets, everyone from the average person to celebrities, businesspeople, and athletes deliberately diversifies their portfolio.

Virat Kohli, an Indian cricket player, has gained notoriety lately for renting out his commercial property for large profits. According to reports, Kohli is expected to get about Rs 9 lakh per month from this. Additionally, it is anticipated that this rental revenue would increase by 5% every year.

Interestingly, Kohli is not the only cricket player who uses the real estate market to increase his income. Both Rohit Sharma and former captain of the Indian cricket team, MS Dhoni, have leased out their residences for business and domestic use.

The Bachchan family is well-known among Bollywood heavyweights for their astute economic strategies. The State Bank of India has rented the bottom floor of Abhishek Bachchan’s lavish Juhu home, Ammu and Vats. For the next fifteen years, the Bachchan family will get a sizable amount of rental revenue thanks to this profitable lease.

Documents outlining the 15-year leasing agreement between the Bachchan family and the State Bank of India have reportedly emerged, according to sources from Zapkey.com. As of right now, Abhishek Bachchan receives a monthly rent payment from the bank of Rs 18.9 lakh. The deal does, however, provide for gradual price rises, with the expectation that after five years, rent would reach Rs 23.6 lakh per month. Ten years from now, the monthly rent is expected to increase to Rs 29.5 lakh.
