The Modi College gymnasts win overall
The Punjabi University Inter-College Gymnastics (Boys and Girls) competition, which was held at Polo Ground and was overseen by Punjabi University, Patiala, has crowned Multani Mal Modi College as the overall champion.
The college’s boys’ team took first place, with the National College of Physical Education, Chupki, coming in second. The Modi College girls won first place in the girls’ creative competition. While congratulating the team members, Principal Neeraj Goyal gave the students assurances that the institution will continue to provide athletes with the finest facilities.
The boys’ team was made up of Kuldeep Singh, Pukhraj Singh, Yogesh, Vishal, Mahadev Pandey, Bhavnish Kumar, Krishnam, and Nakul, according to Nishan Singh, Dean of Sports. Damini, Neha Verma, Kashish Vaish, Annamika Sharma, Jasleen Kaur, and Varsha Jindal were the girls’ team members for the artistic event.
