Examine “Letters” CM Kejriwal is sending to ministers while in ED custody, the Delhi BJP demands

In order to request an investigation into the “letters” Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was sending to his ministers while in ED detention, a team from the Delhi BJP met with Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora on Wednesday.

In the money laundering case related to the Delhi excise policy, Kejriwal was detained on March 21 and later placed under detention to be under the supervision of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) till March 28 by a local court. He is accused of having a direct hand in a plot involving the creation of a policy that favors certain people.

During their meeting with Arora at the Delhi Police Headquarters, the Delhi BJP president, Virendra Sachdeva, informed reporters that the party’s delegation had demanded an investigation into the authenticity of the “letters” purportedly written by Kejriwal, as well as the involvement of his ministers, Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj, who had claimed to have received them.

“A person in ED custody may submit such letters via a process after the appropriate attestation. These letters are not authentic, as far as I know,” Sachdeva said.

Water Minister Atishi said last week that the chief minister had given her instructions to handle problems with the city’s water supply and sewage system while displaying a memo from Kejriwal.

On Tuesday, Health Minister Bharadwaj said that he had instructions from Kejriwal while in ED custody to guarantee that free lab testing and medications are available at government hospitals and Mohalla Clinics.
