Projects valued at Rs 48,000 crore would generate 14,000 employment in the holy towns of Mathura, Varanasi, and Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh

The Yogi Adityanath administration plans to turn Ayodhya, Kashi, and Mathura, the three main Hindu towns, into well-known job hubs in Uttar Pradesh.

According to authorities here on Friday, projects worth over Rs 48,000 crore have already been started in the three temple cities during Ground Breaking Ceremony 4.0.

It is anticipated that the top five initiatives being initiated at these three locations would provide jobs for at least 14,000 people. The projects include building hotels, wellness centers, and tourist centers, which will generate employment mostly in the tourism and hospitality industries at the three important Hindu pilgrimage sites.

It consists of 372 projects for Ayodhya valued at around Rs 13,000 crore. More than 100 job opportunities will be created by Abhinandan Lodha House’s Rs 3,000 crore investment in real estate and commercial projects in Ayodhya, while PKH Ventures Ltd.’s Rs 600 crore establishment of a Tourist Facilitation Center will result in the construction of a 500-room hotel and the creation of 300 jobs.

In the meanwhile, Innovators Digital Ads Pvt Ltd is building a luxury star hotel in the city at a cost of Rs 510 crore, employing 100 people, while Pakka Limited is building a paper manufacturing plant in Ayodhya at a cost of Rs 550 crore, possibly generating over 600 jobs.

Furthermore, at a cost of Rs 500 crore, Crescendo Interiors is constructing a private industrial park that will employ over 100 people.

In a similar vein, Varanasi, sometimes referred to as the city of Lord Shiva, has seen the start of over 277 projects totaling about Rs 19,250 crore, with the top five projects alone predicted to employ over 1500 people.

For the purpose of establishing Fabrication/Manufacturing/Testing facilities and Research and Development (R&D) facilities for the company’s current and future business sectors (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Products/Systems), Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) is spending Rs 500 crore. It’s anticipated that this project will generate 225 employment.

Comparably, a mixed-use development project with a five-star resort, a meditation and wellness center, fruit farms, clubhouses, and housing societies is being launched by Roma Builders and Promoters Pvt Ltd. It is anticipated that this project, which would need an expenditure of Rs 500 crore, will employ 300 people.

Additionally, Gajadhar Technosys LLP is investing Rs 350 crore in housing developments in Kashi that would create jobs for 300 people. Ansh Nirman Pvt Ltd is putting in Rs 275 crore to build a commercial mall and residential group housing project, which will employ 200 people.

Additionally, 500 people will have jobs thanks to the Rs 250 crore hotel that JS Residency Pvt Ltd is building in Varanasi.

Similar to Ayodhya and Varanasi, Mathura has seen the execution of 415 projects valued at over Rs 16,600 crore, the top five of which are anticipated to provide employment for over 11,000 people in the birthplace of Lord Krishna.

Accordingly, with an investment of Rs 3,075 crore, Air Liquide North India Pvt Ltd is building a cutting-edge Air Separation Unit for hospitals and industry in Mathura. This state-of-the-art, completely automated, and ecologically friendly facility is intended to generate 305 TPD of liquid oxygen (including medical oxygen), 45 TPD of liquid nitrogen, and 12 TPD of liquid argon. It is anticipated that fifty jobs would be created.

In a similar vein, Bennison is investing Rs 1,310 crore to establish the hotel, which would provide several employment possibilities. Stationery, electrical goods, and plastic products are among the things that Keshav Publications Pvt Ltd has started producing. It plans to create jobs for 10,000 people with an investment of Rs 1250 crore.

Furthermore, at an estimated cost of Rs 1100 crore, IFP Petro Products is building a lubricating oil refining factory, which would employ 700 people. With a Rs 500 crore investment, Avadi Industries Pvt. Ltd. is building a production facility for ACSR Conductors in Mathura, which would create 400 jobs.

at the meanwhile, 902 projects totaling Rs 77,312 crore have been started under GBC 4.0 at the other four sacred sites of Uttar Pradesh, which are Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Naimisharanya (Sitapur), and Bareilly. Thousands of employment will probably be produced by this. In these four religious sites, more than 12,500 employment are anticipated to be created via the top five projects.

There are around 2500 jobs being created in Prayagraj by Varun Beverages (Rs 1053 crore), DND India (Rs 600 crore), Omex Ltd (Rs 600 crore), Shourya Naturopathy and Resorts India Pvt Ltd (Rs 500 crore), and JK Cem (Rs 400 million).

Comparably, in the holy site of Chitrakoot, around 1900 job opportunities would be created by Tusco Ltd (Rs 4700 crore), Sahstrabhuj Food Products Pvt Ltd (Rs 500 crore), Varun Beverages Ltd (Rs 496 crore), Shree Cement Pvt Ltd (Rs 202 crore), and Jay Bulb Company Ltd (Rs 300 crore).

Greenlam South Ltd (Rs 1500 crore), Century Plywoods India Ltd (Rs 1500 crore), RAV Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. (Rs 200 crore), Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd (Rs 170 crore), and The Seksaria Biswan Sugar Factory Ltd (Rs 132 crore) will create more than 6000 jobs in the holy land of sages, Naimisharanya in Sitapur district.

At least 3,000 jobs are anticipated to be created in Bareilly, home of Nath Nagari, by IFFCO (Rs 638 crore), Singh Enterprises (Rs 605 crore), Rinku Dairy Prop (Rs 490 crore), Realplywoods LLP (Rs 408 crore), and Dhamapur Bio Organics Ltd (Rs 350 crore).
