Rahul Gandhi supports Baghel and claims that the BJP only cares for the “welfare of few billionaires”

During a rally in Nava Raipur city in election-bound Chhattisgarh, Congress congressman Rahul Gandhi unleashed a broadside against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming that states governed by his party look out for the welfare of the people and “not the welfare of Adani”.

Gandhi said in his statement that the BJP-led government solely serves “two or three” billionaires.

“Our administration will work for the poor, not for Adani,” he said. “Be it in Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh or in our upcoming governments in Telangana and Madhya Pradesh.”

Senior BJP official Sacchinand Upasane responded to Rahul’s accusations by saying, “Rahul Gandhi should question the Chhattisgarh government why Adani has been allowed numerous connections by this administration even after tribals challenged. This is only a political gimmick. He is deceiving. Who is employed by whom is known to everybody.

Days after articles in The Guardian and Financial Times reported irregularities in the firm’s usage of offshore cash, Gandhi, a Congress MP from Wayanad in Kerala, criticized the Adani Group and questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was not launching an investigation into the troubled conglomerate.

These stories have been dismissed by The Adani Group as “recycled allegations.”

Recent news reports suggested that Adani moved hundreds of crores to other nations, increasing his stock market holdings as a result. He questioned, “Why does PM Modi not want an investigation against Adani.

In his speech at the Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club convention in Nava Raipur, Gandhi aimed to increase the chances of the Bhupesh Baghel-led government retaking control of Chhattisgarh.

Later this year, elections are scheduled for the eastern state.

Additionally, he said that the BJP was “spreading violence and hatred throughout the nation.”

“Hatred and violence are not conducive to the nation’s economic development. By treating everyone with love and respect, the nation will advance, he said.

Additionally, he appealed to tribal groups by asserting that adivasis were the original “owners of Hindustan.”

“Adivasis are the earliest proprietors of the land, water, and forests, and they have first rights over them. They are the true owners of Hindustan. The BJP, however, has created a new word, “Vanvasi.” The meaning of this term is various. The idea behind the phrase “vanvasi,” according to Gandhi, is that the tribal people are not the true proprietors of Hindustan.
