Rape and murder of a Puducherry girl: JIPMER distributes the post-mortem report under a sealed cover

The vital postmortem report was sent to the police on Monday by JIPMER in a sealed cover addressed to the relevant Judicial Magistrate, signaling the start of the nine-year-old girl’s sexual assault and murder prosecution.
