Christian Horner, the head of Red Bull Racing, has lost support; a complaint hearing is scheduled for this Friday

Christian Horner, the team principal of Red Bull Racing, has apparently lost support inside the company as a result of a staff member’s complaint against him, which claimed he had improper behavior.

On Friday, there will be a complaint hearing in the UK.

According to a source in Motorsport-Magazin, should the British driver decide to stand down, Red Bull Racing boss Jonathan Wheatley may take over as temporary manager.

Horner has refuted the claims that the accusations are “inappropriate” and “controlling,” as per a BBC report.

After the employee filed a complaint with Red Bull, the team’s parent business in Austria, Horner was the subject of an independent inquiry.

Red Bull released a statement on Monday stating, “The company launched an independent investigation after being made aware of certain recent allegations.”

This procedure is being handled by an outside, specialized lawyer and is now underway. The business takes these issues very seriously, and the inquiry will be finished as soon as it is viable to do so. At this point, it would not be proper to make any further comments, it said.

Since Red Bull Racing’s debut in the Formula One World Championship in 2005, Horner has served as the team principal. Under his leadership, the team has won six constructor titles and seven driver championships.

Red Bull Racing won 21 of the 22 races in the previous season, and Max Verstappen completed a hat-trick of championship victories.

James Vowles, the team principal of Williams Racing, claims that the sport has changed from its “male-dominated” state two decades ago.

“The sport itself was unquestionably dominated by men 20 years ago. Vowles said Bloomberg TV, “If you were to ask me what makes up a team, it would be white, probably male, perhaps forty years old, something in that ballpark.

That is altering, and the one thing that is altering the outcome for the better. I’m afraid I don’t know the relevance of what has transpired or the reasoning behind these charges; they are just that—allegations. All I can tell is that, should this ever occur within our guard, we will provide full assistance to address it and ensure that our culture is inclusive to all people,” he said.
