IPL 2024: Following a tremendous T20 record, Chennai Super Kings go back on track

In the Indian Premier League (IPL) match, CSK defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) with a commanding performance earlier in the day, winning by 78 runs at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday, April 28.

After being asked to bat first, CSK set a challenging aim of 213 runs, spearheaded by Skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad’s aggressive 98-run inning. Even though Gaikwad almost missed a century, his performance helped pave the way for CSK’s triumph. Gaikwad led from the front, continuously targeting SRH’s bowling team and leading CSK to a dominant position with the help of Mitchell and then Dube.
