78 seats will be won by the BJP and its allies, while SP will only win 2: India TV-CNX Opinion Poll

If elections were conducted right now, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), under by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, may win 78 of the 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh, almost handily, according to an India TV-CNX Opinion Poll. The news station aired the opinion poll’s details today. Against I.N.D.I.According to the study, an alliance may take home the last two seats.

The NDA held 64 Lok Sabha seats after the 2019 elections, followed by the Samajwadi Party with five seats, the Congress with one seat, and Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) with ten seats.

In contrast to I.N.D.I., the poll projects that the BJP-led NDA may get a massive 53.16 percent of the vote.An alliance that might get 32.57%. The BSP might get 10.43% of the vote, compared to 3.84 percent for “Others,” which could include independents.

BJP, RLD, Apna Dal (Sonelal), Nishad Party, and SBSP now make up the NDA, whilst I.N.D.I.There is only an alliance between Congress and SP.

Forecasts by region in Uttar Pradesh
In Western Uttar Pradesh (8), Rohilkhand (12), Bundelkhand (4), and Awadh (14), the NDA has the potential to win every seat up for grabs.

However, the NDA may win 12 seats in Doab (13), and India may win one seat; in contrast, the NDA may win 28 seats in Poorvanchal (29), and India may win one seat.

Forecast for Uttar Pradesh’s VIP seats
Twenty VIP seats have also been predicted by the India TV-CNX study.

The study predicts that Prime Minister Modi will win Varanasi by a “huge margin,” and that the NDA candidates would win by “huge margins” in Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Allahabad, and Faizabad.

I.N.D.I.In Mainpuri, one candidate could win by a wide majority, while another I.N.D.I.In Azamgarh, one candidate will continue to lead his NDA opponent by a little margin.

NDA candidates are expected to be “slightly ahead” in Amethi, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Pilibhit, Sultanpur, Kannauj, and Mirzapur, according to the study.

There will be a “tight contest” between NDA candidates in Raebareli, Rampur, Firozabad, Badayun, and Ghazipur.

From February 5 to 23, an opinion survey was carried out in each of the 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh.
