UP: Body of a Woman with Strangulation Marks Found in Bushes

The corpse of a lady bearing signs of having been strangled was discovered in some bushes close to a settlement in this area, and the authorities have begun investigating the possibility that the woman was murdered. “When the body was recovered on Thursday, blood was oozing out of the mouth and nose,” the victim was quoted as saying. “It appears that she was strangled because there is a rope mark on her neck,” the Station House Officer of the Payagpur Police Station, Kamal Shankar Chaturvedi, said.

According to him, there are signs of trauma on the neck and beneath the left eye of the dead person.

The lady seems to be approximately 25 years old, according to Superintendent of Police Prashant Verma, and attempts are now being made to determine who she is. According to the regulations, a post-mortem examination will be performed on the body once 72 hours have passed.
