In UP, the threat of monkeys keeps advocates on their toes

Every day, the number of instances of the monkey problem is steadily rising throughout the nation. Lawyers are working nonstop in the Haidergarh Tehsil (BaraBanki district) of Uttar Pradesh, while monkeys have been making mischief all day. It’s important to note that the tehsil office serves as a haven for numerous monkeys in the area. The monkey problem in this area has become so bad that it is a problem for both regular citizens and government authorities. According to lawyer Nitin Pratap Singh, monkeys often take stamps, folders, crucial documents, and pens from people’s desks and place them on trees.

Additionally, he said that the monkeys smash the windows of peoples’ automobiles. Yashkaran Tiwari, president of the Tehsil Bar Association, said that in order to lessen the monkey threat on the property, grills have been put to the new structure. This will prevent the monkeys from getting inside and stealing the advocates’ belongings.

BJP leader and MP Upendra Singh Rawat recently paid a visit to the office to lay the cornerstone for the building housing the attorney’s office there. The initiative would get Rs 15 lakh from MP Rawat’s MP money. The disturbing behaviors of the monkeys astounded him. In addition to this, the tehsil suffers sanitation and hygiene issues due to a lack of adequate restroom facilities.

Because killing monkeys is prohibited in our sanatan dharam, we are unable to take action against them. We have thus encouraged MP Rawat to take appropriate measures to lessen the monkey threat,” Tiwari said.

According to Upendra Singh Rawat, he was aware of the predicament at the tehsil buildings and promised that action would be done quickly.
