According to Rana Daggubati, Rana Naidu’s animal release made him seem like a kind guy. “Everyone was utterly terrified.”

Rana Daggubati said on a recent podcast that Animal seemed respectable when his character from the web series Rana Naidu was first introduced. He remembered how the crowd did not like Rana Naidu at first, but that changed after Animal. Rana Daggubat remarked, “Everyone was freaking the hell out,” on a podcast titled “Rawtalks.” After that, Animal was released. I thought to myself, “Hey, I look like a decent guy now.” What’s the matter with you?

Rana Daggubati said at a roundtable discussion that his notoriety has declined since the release of Rana Naidu. He gave an explanation of his decision to join the web series, stating that he has always been drawn to using popular narratives to tackle socially taboo subjects. “I’ve always been fascinated by subjects that are forbidden in society yet are presented in a very popular manner. Because when we attempt to convey it in a movie, it eventually becomes extremely arthouse and, in a sense, a subgenre. However, this was a mafia drama inside a family that included child abuse. That piqued my attention a lot. Family turmoil is something everyone can relate to. I got into it initially because it covers subjects you don’t want to discuss or that are addressed in a strong, direct manner,” he said.

Although many praised Rana Naidu’s first season, its explicit language and personal moments caused criticism. As filming for the second season of Rana Naidu gets underway, Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh are back in the limelight. The thrilling Netflix series follows Rana, dubbed the “fixer of the stars,” as he resolves the intricate situations involving well-known people. When his father was freed from jail in season one, Rana was enmeshed in mayhem. In the meantime, the producers are doing all in their power to guarantee the success of the next season, and the original cast wowed spectators with their performance. With a significant part, Dino Morea has joined the cast to heighten the excitement. The Raaz actor is reportedly playing a police officer, and Pinkvilla rumors suggest that shooting for his role has already started.

Karan Anshuman and Suparn Varma are the directors of Rana Naidu, which is an official adaptation of the American television series Ray Donovan. Surveen Chawla, Gaurav Chopra, and Suchitra Pillai are among the cast members, in addition to Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana Daggubati, and Dino Morea.
