Adonis, Drake’s 6-year-old son, debuts as a rapper with the “My Man Freestyle”

Adonis, the six-year-old son of rapper Drake, has followed in his father’s footsteps by making his music video debut with “My Man Freestyle.”

According to dailymail.co.uk, the pleased father shared the music video with his 143 million Instagram followers, crediting Adonis as the primary writer.

My kid, happy birthday!The video’s title read: “MY MAN FREESTYLE OUT NOW,” a Drake star.

The Jimmy Cooks artist makes a brief cameo appearance midway through the video, in which Drake’s little brother performs a basketball game while rapping like his well-known father.

The debut solo single by Adonis received encouragement from model Winnie Harlow, who said beneath the video, “My my my my mann…whole chorus goes in, singing that all week.”

Along with numerous other birthday greetings, Canadian pop artist Avril Lavigne left a message for the wannabe rapper, writing “Yesss” with a number of fire and clapping emojis.

After the mini rapper waxed lyrical in his verses that he “Was waiting for this moment to arrive / I was driving in the car and I smash my car / I was playing in on my iPad and I broke my iPad,” among other lyrics supervised by music producer Esso, several fans joked that they hoped Adonis got a new iPad.

Drake has previously supported his son’s creative ambitions.

The Canadian rap legend questions his kid about a drawing he made in a sweet exchange. Drake inquires as to if he is intended to be the goat in his son’s image as Adonis explains the background of his artwork.

The real sixth birthday of Adonis happened on October 11.
