Anupam Kher directs “Tanvi The Great,” bringing in National Award-winning choreographer Kruti Mahesh
Tanvi The Great, the next film directed by legendary actor Anupam Kher, will include choreography by National Award-winning Kruti Mahesh.
Kher posted on Instagram on Thursday, sharing his delight about working with Kruti.
“I am happy and delighted to share that Ms. Kruti Mahesh, a National Award-winning choreographer, is choreographing the songs for my film, Tanvi the Great,” he wrote.

Additionally, Kher shared a photo of himself and Kruti from the movie set.
For her work on the song Ghoomar from Sanjay Leel Bhansali’s “Padmaavat,” which features Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor, Kruti has won the National Award for Best Choreography. She has received a lot of recognition for her choreography of the “Dholida” song in “Gangubai Kathiawadi,” starring Alia Bhatt.
Returning to Kher’s direction, on March 7 of this year, he revealed the movie “Tanvi the Great.”
He shared the news on Instagram, writing, “TANVI THE GREAT: I am happy to reveal the title of the movie that I have chosen to direct on this day, my birthday. Some tales find their way and force you to tell them to everyone! The greatest way I could think of to begin would be to get my mother’s blessings in her temple, along with my father’s picture blessing me. He has not yet revealed the movie’s cast.
