As he concludes the shoot, Imlie’s Sai Ketan Rao shares a heartfelt note: “I Take The Lessons Learned With Me”

The TV drama is ready to say farewell to its fans as it prepares to go off the air after captivating viewers for over four years. The last episode of the show’s cast has already concluded filming. Actor Sai Ketan Rao, who performed the dual roles of Agasthya Singh Chaudhary and Surya Pratap Reddy, sent an emotional message on social media on the last day of filming.

Rao spoke about portraying two different roles in the same program in his lengthy piece. Regarding his first performance, Rao emphasized Agasthya’s compassion for everyone as well as his love for Imlie and his family. “I tried my hardest for Agasthya; he left people in wonder, made them laugh and cry, and most of all, he loved someone who he couldn’t be with. His story wasn’t finished, but Agasthya will always be in our hearts,” Rao said on Instagram.

Rao also thought of his other character, Surya Pratap Singh, who is Agasthya’s twin brother and a police officer. “A fearless police officer who looks at the world with eagle eyes, Robinhood kind of nature, he (Surya) served criminals with his own code of punishments and gave justice to the needy and his world turned upside down the day he got to know about his twin brother,” Rao said.

The actor concluded by thanking Imlie’s creators and the whole audience for their unwavering love and support for both characters. “I’m going to miss these individuals who have shaped who I am. The actor added, “Thank you for the memories that will always occupy the spaces in my head.

“And I take with me the knowledge I’ve acquired, the experiences I’ve had, and the constant enthusiasm that drives my work as I flip the page to start new adventures. Until our paths connect once again in the infinite world of narrative,” Rao said in closing.

In addition to Imlie, Sai Ketan Rao has made appearances in online series Three Half Bottles, Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali, and Chashni.
